How do I set up Jeffrey?

You will need to decide what account you would like Jeffrey to run from. Then launch Jeffrey, and go to settings, put in the email address and password of the account you would like to use. Input the sales persons details, this is the person who will be taking over the qualified leads. Then you will need to fill out the details of the sales manager, this is the person that will be overseeing the account.  

Open the leads tab and enter your leads either by uploading a CSV file or manually entering the details of your leads. Once this is done you are ready to start. 

Who can use Jeffrey AI?

Anyone with a device which can use a web browser.

How do I know when a lead needs my attention?

You will be sent an email notifying you when a lead becomes qualified. This is also affected by your set notification settings so you can be informed when you see fit.

What KPI’s will Jeffrey record and report?

A number of KPI’s will be recorded and they can be found on the dashboard of Jeffrey AI. The KPI’s can be viewed by different time periods, users can see;  

  • Number of new contacts
  • Number of new organisations
  • Number of messages and their engagements details
  • Opportunity’s and their status
  • Team Productivity
  • Email engagement’s (Sent & Received)
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
